Condos
Condominiums are independent pieces of property, usually attached to or part of a larger building containing other condos. Condo buildings can range from 2 condos to several hundred. It is common for condo owners to pay a condo or association fee, which is used to maintain the common areas of the building, including, but not limited to, the roof, the grounds, and the parking area.
Condos are available as residential and commercial units, and some condo communities are tailored for certain age groups, such as retirees or assisted living.
