One nice thing about the Parkside Condominiums is that the sign isn't the only thing that is well maintained. Their maintenance team does a bang up job of maintaining the grounds, the buildings, and the entire place. Its a big area too, I'm impressed.I've only witnessed the maintenance for less than a year, so my opinions may not be the most accurate.
