Well the leak in the bathroom finally seems to be fixed. At least I have come home to a puddle of water in the last week or so which makes we think the issue is resolved. The phone jack isn't as big a problem it's still a floppy jack but I swapped out the splitter I was using and now everything works fine (as long as no one bumps the counter.) I resolved the issue by velcroing the lighter devices to my wall. It also helps cut down on the clutter on the kitchen counter. Something I didn't mention in my previous post was the lack of a lock on the back door. We went through a little bit of drama having it replaced. It's still not 100% ok as the keys they gave us to open and close the door are so small you need pliers to make them work. Well I twisted my key the other dat, so now I can't use the back entrance. I also found out that the last tenant had problems with the management company. She took the pieces to the old lock and threw them away, which is why we can't simply find an appropriate lock to fit the door. I believe the ultimate plan is to replace the door, but I'll believe it when I see it.
