I've been searching craigslist and the internet in general for information about office condos in southern Maryland, and I've found a couple. Like Massachusetts, they aren't incredibly plentiful. The ones I found were a little more expensive than the ones I had seen in Massachusetts. It looks like the base price for 1,000 square feet is above $200,000. I've been searching around Bethesda, Maryland, so maybe I should look in Virginia, too. They are expensive, but some are quite nice: http://robwhalen.com/listings_details.asp?id=1061Ellicott City is a suburb of Baltimore and has some slightly better prices:HW6820123Same with Temple Hills (actually a suburb of Washington, DC but on the opposite side of Bethesda) and Curtis Bay.This site is proving to be very helpful:http://sgibson.teamregencyhomes.com/findhomerequest.asp?SearchDefinitionID=10
