Page Place Condominiums in North Stoughton, Massachusetts are just about complete. They have a showroom open and although I haven't visited it yet, I bet it looks nice. If I recall correctly, these condos are available for $260,000 and up, which is a decent price in today's real estate market. UPDATE: I was wrong, the condos were only $239K, but they are now reduced to $199,000. Not bad at all!
